Our impact
LV Property Management has long taken a more civic-minded approach to real estate investment and property development, as we believe in supporting and enriching the communities we serve — either through improvements to the quality of available housing or through our ESG initiatives that encourage volunteerism, charitable giving, and environmental awareness.

Volunteerism
In an effort to expand our ability to create lasting change for the community, all fulltime members of the LV Property Management team receive an additional eight hours of paid time off each year to use for volunteering at their choice of nonprofit or charitable organization.

Diversity and inclusion are core to LV Property Management.
