More importantly, our emphasis on investment, development, and management affords us the unique opportunity to not only create but maintain value for each property in our portfolio.
From the Start
Operating with the highest integrity and character since 1997
It all started with the purchase of an apartment community in Kenosha, Wisconsin. One property quickly led to two, two led to four, and now LV Property Management owns and manages more than twenty residential and commercial properties in areas of Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana.
